This kit has everything you need to sharpen lawn mower blades. A Grinder, dust collector and blade balance with a stand and all the attachments needed to mount everything.

The Kit Contains:

MAG-8100 1/2hp Sharpener
• The Magna-Matic 8100 1/2hp Standard Lawn Mower Blade Sharpener has an incredibly rigid design that delivers smooth, solid grinding, and makes sharpening conventional flat mower blades comfortable and easy. The Magna-Matic 8100 makes it easy to maintain a 30 degree cutting edge angle without complicated adjustments or time consuming tools. A single crank raises and lowers the wheel, and it stays where you adjust it. Simply lower the wheel until it almost touches the worktable, and it will cut a 30 degree angle (+ or - 0.5 degrees) over the life of its 7" diameter grinding wheel. Sharpen any length cutting edge. Sharpen right or left-handed blades. Sharpen a commercial mower blade in 1-2 minutes without burning the single direction motor.
MAG-200-4H Dust Collector
• The MAG-200-4H Dust Collector is specifically set up to collect dust from the 8100 sharpener. It features 3 stages of filtration that safely draw live sparks, dust, and grit.
MAG-10400 Service Center Stand

The MAG-10400 Service Center Stand is designed to hold your Magna-Matic Grinder, Dust Collector and Blade Balancer in one convenient spot.

Magna-Matic Blade Balancer

The MAG-1000 Blade Balancer mounts on the stand allowing the blade to hang in a horizontal balance position. Strong magnets hold the blade in place. Cone size fits blade hole widths 5/16" to 1-1/2" diameter. Made of the finest precision steel for a long life. Special sealed bearings for precision balancing.

Mounting Brackets for Dust Collector

The MAG-200-20-KIT consists of 4 brackets that provide a way to mount a Magna-Matic dust collector to the MAG-10400 Sharpener Service Center Stand. With these brackets, you can mount the MAG-200-4H dust collector to the stand. The brackets come with all the necessary hardware for mounting to a Magna-Matic stand.

Dust Collection Connector

The MAG-200-36 Dust Collection Flange is the part you will need to connect the MAG-8100 sharpener to the MAG-220-4H Dust Collector.
