    The Messermeister Diamond Restoration Steel is ideal for restoring the edge of knives. Fast cutting 800 grit diamond abrasive makes quick work of creating a sharp edge.

    Oval Profile

    The Diamond Restoration Steel has an oval profile. The wide curves of the oval provides a large, easy to use sharpening surface for standard knives. The narrow curves can be used to dress some scalloped or serrated edges.

    Choose from Two Lengths

    The Messermeister Diamond Restoration Steel is available in two lengths. Choose from a 10" or a 12" sharpening surface.

    Intelligent Design Features

    This steel features a comfortable, soft-touch handle for easy handling, and a hanging ring for easy storage. A non-marking tip protects work surfaces. The steel is hand washable.
